Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead and manage complex enterprise-level projects across multiple departments and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering IT and business projects on time and within budget while managing scope, risks, and communications effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of large-scale, cross-functional projects from initiation to closure.

  • Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk to ensure successful delivery.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership to gather requirements and align on objectives.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, resource allocation, and reporting documentation.

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, status meetings, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communications.

  • Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; perform risk assessments and mitigation planning.

  • Ensure compliance with PMO standards, change management, and governance policies.

  • Proactively identify and resolve project roadblocks and manage escalations.

  • Mentor junior project managers or coordinators as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (Master s preferred).

  • 10+ years of experience managing complex IT and business transformation projects.

  • Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification.

  • Experience in industries such as healthcare, finance, manufacturing, or technology.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), cloud migrations, or digital transformation initiatives.

  • Experience working within a PMO or in a matrixed organization.
