Electro Mechanical Assembler

Advantage Technical is hiring a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a leading manufacturer in Beverly, MA. In this role, you'll assemble complex electromechanical components and systems used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Pay: $22 per hour with 10% shift differential

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Assemble a variety of electromechanical components such as motors, sensors, cables, and subassemblies


• Read and interpret technical documents, including assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials


• Utilize hand tools, torque drivers, multimeters, and other assembly/test equipment


• Perform basic soldering, crimping, and wire harness fabrication


• Adhere to cleanroom protocols and follow ESD (electrostatic discharge) handling procedures


• Accurately complete documentation in systems such as Opcenter and ERP software


• Report any defects or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel


• Maintain a clean, organized work area and actively support 5S and lean manufacturing initiatives


• Follow all company safety and quality procedures

What You'll Need:

• Previous experience in electro-mechanical assembly or a similar role


• Ability to read technical drawings and use basic electronic test tools


• Familiarity with cleanroom and ESD procedures is a plus


• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
