Executive Desktop Support Technician (Contract-to-Hire) - Dallas, TX

We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Executive Desktop Support Technician to join our growing team in Dallas, TX. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering a competitive hourly rate of $25-$36/hr, based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional technical support to a team of 3500+ users, primarily using Windows laptops but also supporting a small number of Macs (5-6).
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of desktop and mobile device issues (Android and iOS).
- Manage mobile device security using Microsoft Intune.
- Utilize ServiceNow for incident tracking and resolution, ensuring efficient IT service management (ITSM).
- Configure and maintain network devices for optimal network performance.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers.
- Leverage Amazon for efficient fulfillment and ordering of IT equipment.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Microsoft Office 365 suite to assist users with related inquiries.
- Document technical solutions and maintain a knowledge base for future reference.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, providing excellent customer service to all users.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Desktop Support or a related field.
- Proven experience with incident tracking systems, preferably ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of computer networking concepts.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting printers.
- Experience supporting mobile devices (Android and iOS preferred).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for mobile device management.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with Amazon fulfillment and ordering a plus.
