Executive Desktop Support Technician (Contract-to-Hire) - Dallas, TX

We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Executive Desktop Support Technician to join our growing team in Dallas, TX. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering a competitive hourly rate of $25-$36/hr, based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional technical support to a team of 3500+ users, primarily using Windows laptops but also supporting a small number of Macs (5-6).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of desktop and mobile device issues (Android and iOS).
  • Manage mobile device security using Microsoft Intune.
  • Utilize ServiceNow for incident tracking and resolution, ensuring efficient IT service management (ITSM).
  • Configure and maintain network devices for optimal network performance.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers.
  • Leverage Amazon for efficient fulfillment and ordering of IT equipment.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Microsoft Office 365 suite to assist users with related inquiries.
  • Document technical solutions and maintain a knowledge base for future reference.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, providing excellent customer service to all users.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Desktop Support or a related field.
  • Proven experience with incident tracking systems, preferably ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of computer networking concepts.
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting printers.
  • Experience supporting mobile devices (Android and iOS preferred).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for mobile device management.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Amazon fulfillment and ordering a plus.
