As a Process Engineer on our team, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, supporting daily production, and driving long-term efficiency and quality improvements. The Process Engineer will collaborate with leadership, operations, and R&D teams to resolve product variation issues, scale up new processes, and enhance safety standards.

Job Details
MUST HAVE:
- BS in a related field, chemical engineering strongly preferred
- 3+ years of manufacturing operations process engineering
- Continuous Improvement and process improvement experience
NICE TO HAVE:
- BS in Chemical Engineering
- Capital Projects
- Scale-up projects
- Chemical or Plastics manufacturing industry experience
- Lean Six Sigma belt certification
