SAP Business Systems Analyst - Quote to Revenue
Day 1 Onsite - Santa Clara, CA (No Remote/Hybrid)
Job Description:
We are looking for an SAP Business Solutions Analyst to act as a liaison between IT and Business, focusing on delivering enhancements and owning production support. The analyst will work closely with various business groups in the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) area to streamline processes, identify gaps, and resolve data or system issues. This role owns the design and delivery of creative functional solutions in the Sales and Distribution (SD) domain.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as IT liaison for business teams to deliver enhancements and support SAP SD solutions.

Collaborate across teams to streamline Quote-to-Cash processes and resolve system issues.

Configure and implement SAP SD and its integrations with MM, FI, R2R, Hardware Shipping, and Subscription Billing.

Support business in prioritizing new requirements and projects.

Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and Agile SDLC methodologies.

Provide creative functional solutions and contribute to design discussions and testing cycles.
Experience Required:

8 years of SAP SD experience, with multiple end-to-end implementations.

Strong configuration and functional expertise in Sales and Distribution.

Hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash, Revenue Recognition (SAP RAR), GTS (Trade), and Reverse Logistics (preferred).

Experience working in SaaS product companies is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of EDI and iDoc functionality.

Knowledge of User Exits, Enhancements, and SOLMAN-based deployments.

Exposure to Agile practices and enterprise-class software delivery.
Education:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Sales, or Finance with relevant SAP experience.
Certifications:

SAP Certified SD Specialist (preferred)
