This Cybersecurity startup is looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join their growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position with the expectation of being on site 4 days/week in their office in Boston.
The company is building an AI product that takes security incidents and, instead of analysts working through each ticket, the AI narrows it down to the most malicious ones that they need to handle. The platform is able to take 1000 incidents down to 100 and then it gives summary of the incident and why it was flagged. Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ YOE in backend development
- Familiarity with various modern cloud technologies and architectures
- Bachelor's degree in computer science related field
- Experience building agentic AI and bringing it to production
- Building solutions for complex use cases in the cybersecurity space
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining core data pipelines
- Choose appropriate technologies and architectures to implement
