Title: Medicare Letter Template Developer

Role Summary:
We are seeking two Medicare Letter Template Developers with strong expertise in Trizetto Communication Systems (TCS) and experience in Oniell (ODS) letter composition tools. The developers will be responsible for creating, configuring, and testing Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) letters to ensure compliance with CMS requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure Medicare AEP letter templates in TCS and ODS.
- Receive and implement redlined requirements and requested changes.
- Track all template requests and maintain Intake forms and letter copies.
- Update TCS Keyed Inserts and map templates in EAM with proper reporting.
- Generate sample copies for business validation.
- Document updates in JIRA and SMP for compliance and traceability.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in template design and development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Trizetto Communication Systems (TCS) and Enrollment Application Manager (EAM).
- Familiarity with ODS letter development tool (training can be provided).
- Understanding of Medicare and CMS compliance requirements.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
