About the Role
The Business Product Owner III will support the business and product management team by assisting with requirements gathering backlog management and the product development lifecycle. They will be the main interface with stakeholders in providing development updates and priorities. This role will be responsible for translating business needs into product features and bridging gaps across key stakeholders in order to bring a product vision to life.

About the Role
The Business Product Owner III will support the business and product management team by assisting with requirements gathering backlog management and the product development lifecycle. They will be the main interface with stakeholders in providing development updates and priorities. This role will be responsible for translating business needs into product features and bridging gaps across key stakeholders in order to bring a product vision to life.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand business goals and challenges to identify opportunities for internal products and systems
- Interfaces with senior leader stakeholders to brainstorm and develop Quarterly/Yearly roadmaps
- Identifies Key Stakeholder KPIs and orients project prioritization toward those goals
- Soley defines strategy and roadmap for internal products and systems that support key workflows
- Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to shape requirements
- Create prototypes and MVPs to validate concepts for internal systems
- Partner with IT/engineering to improve the user experience and modernize legacy internal platforms
- Socialize new internal products and systems and develop adoption plans
Skills/Abilities:
- Strong analytics skills and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication presentation and storytelling ability
- Entrepreneurial spirit and innovative mindset
Education and Experience:
- BA/BS degree in Business Technology or related field; or equivalent experience required
- 5-8 years experience in product management or similar role
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through product delivery lifecycle
Physical Requirements:
- Work is performed indoors with potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to office work. Could periodically travel to other office and operational sites. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
