RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Junior Business Project/Process & System Tester in Plano, TX.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Junior Business Project/Process & System Tester to join our Strategy & Transformation Team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to contribute to the success of strategic transformation initiatives. You will be part of a global team, collaborating with professionals from around the world. The role focuses on testing new systems and tools introduced through key projects that optimize our -Lead to Cash- process flow.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct testing of new business systems and tools introduced by the Strategy & Transformation team in one of the following areas: Quoting, Master Data, Order Management or Entitlement/Provisioning
* Document test cases, results, and issues clearly and accurately
* Identify, report, and help resolve defects and inconsistencies in system functionality
* Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and developers to ensure high-quality system implementation
* Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with relevant stakeholders
* Assist in validating end-to-end processes across business functions
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong interest in business processes and system transformation
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills
* Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with business systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) is a plus
* Prior internship or experience in testing, business analysis, or project support is desirable

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
