Role Oracle Fusion HCM Lead
Location : 100% REMOTE with SOME TRAVEL

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM implementations, with at least 3 full-cycle projects as a Recruiting and Onboarding Lead.
- Ability to travel 15-20%.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work successfully as part of cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, from requisition creation to onboarding.
- Strong Understanding of compliance regulations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business language.
- Strong Understanding of integrations to job boards, background checks, and HR Core modules.
- Experience managing onboarding workflows across systems such as ServiceNow, background check platforms, and IT provisioning tools.
- Experience coordinating operational readiness activities including laptop delivery, access provisioning, and workspace setup.
- Experience with global implementations and multi-country configurations.
- Experience managing HR system rollouts within a corporate environment.
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud certification (preferred).
