The Microsoft 365 Platform Product Manager will drive the strategy, roadmap, and optimization of M365 services to maximize business value. This role focuses on aligning M365 capabilities with business needs, collaborating with user-facing teams, and ensuring platform readiness for evolving demands. The Product Manager will partner with stakeholders to continuously improve platform functionality and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for M365 services, prioritizing based on business needs and performance.
- Collaborate with teams to align platform features with business goals and gather user feedback.
- Represent the company in engagements with Microsoft's M365 product teams and support business transformation efforts.
- Implement and optimize new features to enhance collaboration, automation, and productivity.
- Ensure platform compliance with security and governance standards.
- Support training, communications, and change management for smooth platform adoption.
- Track KPIs and use data-driven insights to refine strategy and report progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 10+ years of experience including product management preferably with Microsoft 365 or enterprise collaboration tools.
- Strong knowledge of M365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive).
- Ability to translate business and technical requirements into platform improvements.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise IT operations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills for driving alignment and engagement.
