Position Title: Global Mobility Specialist
Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $42/hr - $45/hr on W2
Position Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Global Mobility Specialist to support employee relocations and mobility operations in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will manage end-to-end case administration for domestic and cross-country moves, coordinate with key HR and vendor stakeholders, ensure data accuracy, track mobility activity, and provide exceptional service to employees throughout the relocation process.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, learns quickly, and brings strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. You will play a critical part in maintaining mobility programs, tracking metrics, auditing files and invoices, and supporting process improvements across HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee relocation case lifecycles, including domestic and cross-entity moves.
Coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, Immigration, TA, and HR Operations to execute mobility transactions.
Maintain a centralized mobility tracker and provide weekly status reporting to leadership.
Escalate issues proactively to ensure timely resolutions.
Conduct weekly audits of vendor mobility data and employee move files to ensure system accuracy.
Audit vendor invoices, prepare approvals, and work with Finance for payment processing.
Triage and resolve billing discrepancies with vendors.
Provide mobility tool training and support to Talent Acquisition and internal stakeholders.
Communicate directly with employees regarding relocation status and questions.
Participate in vendor performance reviews.
Contribute to Global Mobility FAQs and maintain up-to-date HR program documentation.
Keep internal mobility site updated with current vendor, program, and legal requirements.
Partner with internal departments and external providers to deliver high-quality service.
Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
Required Skills/Education:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Global Mobility, HR Operations, or Corporate Relocation case management.
Strong knowledge of relocation processes, best practices, policies, and metrics.
Proven experience managing multiple cases simultaneously with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and process development skills.
Ability to work across time zones and adapt in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong customer service skills with ability to build relationships quickly.
Ability to identify when to take initiative and when to escalate.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with HR systems/tools.
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Ability to learn and implement new processes quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience auditing data and invoices for accuracy.
Familiarity with vendor mobility platforms and tools.
Experience contributing to process documentation, FAQs, or training materials.
Prior experience working with Finance, Payroll, or Immigration stakeholders.
