Job Title - Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM- Benefits
Contract Duration - 6 Months followed by C2H
Remote
General tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Provide functional support and configuration expertise for Oracle Cloud Payroll module
- Receive knowledge transfer of system design and set-up from implementation partner
- Partner with Payroll team to support business operations and satisfy user inquiries, resolve issues and support applications
- Involved in all testing phases and issue resolution for the project involving Payroll and post go-live
- Collaborate with peers and customers to deliver solutions
- Ability to gather requirements and write specifications
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and other Requirements:
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Benefits module is required
- Implementation of other Oracle Fusion Cloud modules is a plus
- Experience in PeopleSoft Benefits is a plus
- Knowledge of ServiceNow software is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to identify problems and determine corrective actions.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills as well as an ability to handle multiple assignments in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
