Job Title: Java FullStack Developer (ReactJS)
Location: Saint Paul, MN
Duration: Full-time position
Job Overview:
  • We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer with a strong backend focus in Java/Spring and frontend experience in React. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-evolving, ambiguous project environment. Cloud exposure, particularly AWS and Kubernetes, is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs using Java and Spring
  • Perform frontend development with React, primarily enhancing and modifying existing UI components
  • Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of professional software development experience (candidates with less experience will not be considered)
  • Strong expertise in Java and Spring (Spring Boot preferred)
  • Proven experience in REST API development and integration
  • Hands-on experience with React for frontend development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with AWS cloud services
  • Exposure to Kubernetes (not cloud-native development, but working knowledge is highly valued)
  • Soft Skills & Behavioral Expectations
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a new and evolving project
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving open-ended problems
