Job Description:
A+E Global Networks is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to support our enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative.
This role will focus primarily on business analysis activities, working closely with stakeholders to understand and document current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure a successful transition from BPC ECC to S/4HANA and integration with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of finance, planning, and reporting processes. While knowledge of SAP is beneficial, this role emphasizes business process optimization, stakeholder engagement, and requirements management over deep technical configuration.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead workshops, interviews, and process reviews to gather and validate business requirements.
  • Analyse current-state business processes and identify areas for improvement aligned with future-state SAP capabilities.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories.
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for SAP S/4HANA implementation.
  • Lead the migration of business processes from BPC ECC to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with business objectives.
  • Implement and integrate SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to enhance data visualization, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the technical solution meets both business needs and system requirements.
  • Perform system testing, including integration and user acceptance testing, to validate the solution meets functional and technical specifications.
  • Provide post-implementation support and training for users to ensure effective system utilization and adoption.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, working with technical teams to optimize system performance.
  • Ensure the alignment of SAP solutions with the organization's long-term business strategies and goals.
  • Participate in project planning and management, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Qualification:

  • 8+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in enterprise transformation or ERP implementation projects.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working on SAP-related initiatives (S/4HANA, BPC, or SAC preferred).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise financial processes and reporting practices.
  • Proven ability to lead stakeholder engagement, elicit requirements, and drive process improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Proficient in creating professional documentation and BA artifacts (e.g., BRDs, process maps, user stories).
