Position: Lead Product Manager
Location: Remote (East Coast Preferred)

Our client manages some of the largest social dating platforms for LGBTQ individuals across iOS, Android, and the web. These brands collectively serve over 30 million users worldwide, providing a secure and private environment where members can connect, socialize, and express themselves authentically.

As the Lead Product Manager, you'll be at the forefront of defining our client's company's trajectory. Engaging with customers and leading product development, you'll drive innovation from ideation to implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your entrepreneurial mindset and creative prowess will fuel the expansion of our application portfolio, focusing on empowering our community through technology for genuine connections and self-expression.

What you will do:
  • Lead the end-to-end development of innovative product features, collaborating with designers and developers, ensuring market fit, and meeting defined goals and objectives.
  • Drive product evolution, spanning iterative feature enhancements to the launch of entirely new products.
  • Optimize productivity across product and delivery functions for consistent and efficient outcomes.
  • Utilize data-driven insights, working with the data team to assess the success and performance of both new and existing features.
  • Foster global collaboration by working with team members across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with working hours and effective communication.
Qualifications:
  • 5-7+ years of hands-on Product Management experience, specializing in roadmap management and KPI development.
  • Proficient in Figma, Productboard, Pivotal, with expertise in analytics platforms like MixPanel and MoEngage.
  • Strong background in A/B testing, Go-To-Market strategies, and a passion for fostering connections in the online dating space.
  • Skilled in product decision frameworks like CIRCLES, with a data-driven approach and mobile app architecture expertise.
  • Extensive experience in developing social or dating products, supporting data research, and consumer software development, with a focus on consumer-facing positions.
