Job Description:

Design, engineer, and implement solutions for Cisco UCCX, CUCM, and CUC

Provide Level 2 and 3 support for telephony systems

Document service and process design packages

Support enhanced call routing and contact center features

Train and transfer knowledge to Telephony Services staff

Potential after-hours or weekend work
