Job Details

Our client is seeking a CRM Administrator to join their IT team in a casual, laid-back work environment with a casual dress code. In this role, you ll be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing their HubSpot CRM. You ll collaborate closely with sales leaders, marketing, and operations to ensure the system supports key workflows and delivers actionable insights. Work model:

What you will do:

  • Oversee and enhance all elements of HubSpot CRM, including pipelines, deal stages, properties, and workflows
  • Set up and manage user permissions, templates, automation, and sequences
  • Collaborate with department leaders to understand sales processes and configure systems accordingly
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports to support pipeline visibility, lead tracking, and conversion analysis
  • Ensure data accuracy by implementing standardized entry procedures and regular audits
  • Provide onboarding and training for HubSpot users across departments
  • Serve as the point of contact between business units and external vendors or technical support when necessary

What you will need to be successful:

  • High school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required
  • Demonstrated experience with HubSpot or similar customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
  • Prior experience in the insurance and/or financial services sectors is a plus
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • A service-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to supporting systems and users
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Capable of working both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team environment.
