Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Scrum Master to join a high-performing team supporting critical digital initiatives. This role focuses on coaching teams in Agile principles, facilitating scrum ceremonies, and driving successful sprint deliveries. The ideal candidate will have strong experience guiding teams through Agile transformation, using Jira, and driving delivery excellence through proven coaching and facilitation methods.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.

Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization.

Foster team collaboration across design, development, testing, and business functions.

Track and publish agile metrics such as velocity and burndown charts.

Proactively coach and mentor teams on Agile/Scrum best practices.

Remove impediments to team progress and work to minimize external disruptions.

Coordinate and manage dependencies with external teams and stakeholders.

Build trust and strong working relationships with team members and business partners.

Support a culture of continuous improvement focused on increasing quality and delivery.

Ensure alignment between team activities and business objectives.

Qualifications:

4+ years of Scrum Master experience supporting multiple Agile teams.

Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) required.

Proven success helping teams transition to Scrum or maturing Agile practices.

High level of proficiency with Jira and other Agile collaboration tools.

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and SAFe principles.

Ability to coach and lead teams toward greater self-organization and ownership.

Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.

Strong analytical skills for evaluating complex project challenges.

Preferred Skills:

Experience facilitating retrospectives for teams facing major delivery challenges.

Background supporting initiatives in digital products, websites, or application development.

Ability to translate Agile theory into practical application through real-world examples.
