The candidate will be asked to work closely with the existing project team members on a number of tasks which allow us to complete our in-flight Newsprint Reporting (NPR) project. The NPR project will allow us to sunset several legacy systems currently being used to track and report newsprint inventory at our internally owned print plants. The project also involves keeping track of our contracted printing partners' abilities to print our nightly editions.Newsprint, being the largest expense in the print business, makes the NPR project critical to ensuring efficient business processes while also maintaining our ability to get a print product to our subscribers.
