Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Angular (v10+), Java (
Spring Boot preferred), and Oracle PL/SQL. - Experience with ETL tools and data pipeline development.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
- Familiarity with 401(k) or retirement plan services is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Description:
A large financial firm is seeking a skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team in building and enhancing our proprietary Record Keeping platform for 401(k) services. This role involves hands-on development across the stack, with a focus on Angular, Java, Oracle PL/SQL, and ETL pipelines. You ll collaborate closely with product managers and plan administrators to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that support retirement plan operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Angular, Java, and Oracle PL/SQL.
- Build and optimize ETL processes for data ingestion, transformation, and reporting.
- Contribute to the architecture and evolution of our internal Record Keeping platform for 401(k) services.
- Collaborate with product and plan management teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.
- Monitor and improve application performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
