Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
3 - 4 years of experience in HRIS administration, HCM system implementation, or HR analytics, preferably in a global environment.
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including familiarity with Core HR, Payroll, and Time & Labor modules.
Strong understanding of HR operations, data governance, and process improvement methodologies.
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data validation); experience with Oracle reporting tools is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work across time zones and cultures.
Comfortable working in a matrixed, fast-paced, and evolving environment with multiple stakeholders.

At Client, the Workforce Enablement team is centralizing Global HR Operations and Data Management through the implementation of a unified Oracle HCM ecosystem.
We're seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative HRIS (Sr) Analyst to support our global Oracle HCM implementation and broader HR operational initiatives. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, HR Operations, this role plays a critical part in gathering, validating, and aligning country-level HR requirements to drive global process standardization and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Senior Director in gathering and aligning global HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance requirements to enable scalable, consistent, and locally responsive solutions.
Support implementation activities across global markets for Oracle HCM, including requirements gathering and system testing.
Gather and standardize business requirements for Core HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance across countries, balancing local compliance with global process alignment.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, HRIS, and IT teams to troubleshoot issues, recommend process improvements, and assist with system configuration as needed.
Document and maintain configurations for workflows, automations, and system security in line with evolving business and compliance needs.
Perform cross-functional data audits and validations to ensure data integrity, consistency, and alignment with global governance standards.
Develop and maintain dashboards, analytics, and reports to support data-driven decision-making using tools like Oracle Reporting and Excel.
Partner with centralized Data Management team on mass data loads, ensuring accuracy and adherence to governance standards.
Support project coordination activities such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and tracking action items.
Assist in change management and communication efforts, partnering with regional HR teams to ensure readiness and adoption.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, leveraging feedback and data to optimize systems and processes globally.
