We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Field Engineer to support on-site project execution and coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering high-quality construction outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and coordinating daily field operations to ensure project milestones are met.
Support the site superintendent and project manager with scheduling, logistics, and subcontractor coordination.
Monitor construction activities for compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and design specifications.
Conduct site inspections and document progress, issues, and resolutions.
Interface with subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Maintain accurate records including daily logs, RFIs, change orders, and field reports.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in field engineering or construction site coordination.
Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and project documentation.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
