Job Summary
The Site Support Specialist - Acute, provides customer and application support for Epic and other applications that support business processes across acute & ambulatory services. The incumbent acts as subject matter expert (SME) to provide at the elbow assistance & guidance for acute & ambulatory clinical staff. The incumbent partners with vendor support teams to resolve application issues when necessary. The Site Support Specialist, provides on-call support and on-site support as scheduled and as needed.

Skills
- We require someone with Epic experience and more direct experience in supporting physicians' clinical and hospital/outpatient operational workflow
- Good working knowledge of how physicians work and how physician practices work.
- MUST have Epic Provider Workflow experience and be onsite 5 days a week. He/ She will be training providers to use Epic and providing in person support as providers use Epic.
