Required Education & Experience:
Over all 10 years in IT with 5 + years of experience administering Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
Deep knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
Proficiency with the Power Platform Admin Center, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 security/compliance tools.
Experience implementing DLP policies, managing environments, and supporting CoE operations.
Strong understanding of governance frameworks, risk management, and ITIL practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated ability to perform independently as a member of a team and through cross functional initiatives.
Experience in researching emerging technologies and trends, implementation and security standards, and products
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact with Information Security teams and recommend best practices for security within all Power Platform Products.
Strong understanding of emerging tools, software, applications, and systems within the Power Platform Products ecosystem
Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600, PL-900).
Experience with DevOps, GitHub, or Azure Pipelines for ALM.
Familiarity with licensing models and cost optimization strategies.
