Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled WebMethods Developer to join our integration team in Austin, TX. This role involves developing, deploying, and supporting robust integration solutions using the webMethods platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B integration, EDI standards, web services, and Unix/Linux environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions using webMethods Integration Server and Trading Networks
  • Implement and consume REST/SOAP web services
  • Handle EDI/EDIFACT and EDIINT transactions across B2B partners
  • Create and manage Unix shell scripts for automation and support tasks
  • Configure secure communication protocols like SFTP, HTTPS, SSL
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integrations using Splunk
  • Collaborate with DB and Infra teams to manage Oracle 12c, JDBC, and Linux environments
  • Support load balancing and high-availability configurations
  • Maintain and enhance user interactions via My webMethods Server (MWS)

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science or related field, with minimum 10+ Years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience with webMethods Integration Server and Trading Networks
  • Strong understanding of REST and SOAP Web Services
  • Hands-on knowledge of EDI, EDIFACT, EDIINT standards
  • Proficiency in Java, JDBC, and Unix/Linux shell scripting
  • Experience working with Splunk for monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Linux administration and Oracle 12c
  • Working knowledge of Load Balancer setups and secure communication protocols (SFTP/HTTPS/SSL)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with My webMethods Server (MWS) customization
  • Familiarity with API Gateway or webMethods.io
  • Relevant certifications in webMethods, Linux, or Oracle
