Gen AI Specialist

What you get to do:

Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models using Databricks, MosaicML, and Azure ML
-
Optimize and fine-tune LLMs and other deep learning models for scalability and performance
-
Develop and manage data pipelines using PySpark, MLflow, Delta Lake, and CI/CD practices
-
Build and operationalize intelligent automation and agent-based applications (e.g., CRM, prospecting, finance tools)
-
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to convert business needs into GenAI solutions
-
Perform EDA, feature engineering, and model evaluation using key performance metrics (precision, recall, F1, etc.)

Document findings, mentor junior team members, and contribute to governance and compliance standards for ethical AI
What you need to succeed:
-
3+ years of hands-on experience in applied machine learning or AI model development with models deployed in production

Strong experience in Databricks, PySpark, and Spark MLlib in distributed environments

Practical knowledge of MosaicML for model training and optimization

Expertise in Python, with proficiency in SQL and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face

Solid understanding of the Azure ecosystem, including Azure ML, Data Lake, Key Vault, and Event Hubs

Experience building CI/CD workflows and model pipelines using Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure Data Factory
-
Consulting background with the ability to interface with clients and translate business needs into technical outcomes

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional team
