We're seeking a Senior SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to spearhead global logistics transformations

for enterprise client leveraging the SAP S/4HANA TM stack. You ll drive projects that embed predictive analytics, IoT-
based tracking, AI/ML optimization, and digital twins into high-velocity transportation ecosystems. The role bridges

classic SAP TM expertise with emerging technologies, delivering innovative supply chain capabilities across North
America, EMEA, and APAC regions.
Core Responsibilities:
Lead SAP TM (9.6 and Embedded) full lifecycle implementations, including Order Management, Freight
Execution, and Charge Management.
Architect real-time transportation visibility and predictive ETA frameworks using sensor integration (GPS, ELDs,
RFID).
Design ML algorithms for delay forecasting, cost anomaly detection, and AI-based route optimization.
Integrate TM with SAP Leonardo IoT, SAP BTP, and third-party tracking solutions.
Build and deploy digital twin models for logistics lanes, assets, and DC operations.
Lead SAP LBN setup and integration with external carriers, logistics providers, and compliance systems.
Develop KPI dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud and implement event-driven processes using SAP Event Mesh.
Technical Requirements:
14+ years of experience in SAP logistics modules, with at least 8+ years in SAP TM (standalone and embedded).
Expertise in BRF+, PPF actions, charge management, freight settlement, and carrier collaboration.
Hands-on with:
o TM-EM integration
o SAP EWM, GTS, and Event Management
o REST/OData APIs and SAP Integration Suite
o SAP Fiori Apps & UI5 for logistics
o AI/ML platforms: Python, TensorFlow, Azure ML
o IoT stacks: BLE, ELDs, RFID, MQTT, AMQP
o Digital Twin Frameworks: Azure Digital Twins, Siemens MindSphere, AWS IoT TwinMaker

Skills & Certifications:
Certified SAP TM 9.6 or S/4HANA TM or SAP Logistics Business Network (LBN) certified
Experience with green logistics, CO2 optimization, or blockchain in logistics
Agile/SAFe certified
Experience integrating with non-SAP platforms (e.g., Oracle TMS, Blue Yonder, Manhattan)
