Job Details

Requirements:
  • 3 or more years of experience in procurement within a structured or regulated organization.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in state or public sector purchasing procedures and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with vendor file management, open PO tracking, and procurement documentation.
  • Experience interpreting contract language and validating financial accuracy.
  • Experience creating and routing requisitions and purchase orders within a defined process.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to support collaboration and documentation.
Responsibilities:
  • Review procurement requisitions to ensure alignment with internal guidelines and state procurement regulations.
  • Monitor status of open purchase orders and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor documentation and procurement records.
  • Interpret and apply contract terms to validate vendor charges and determine allowable reimbursements.
  • Utilize Office 365 tools, including Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to manage administrative procurement tasks.
  • Support team collaboration and document workflow in a high-paced, onsite office environment.
