Business Consultant Ideal Candidate
This individual will be pivotal in driving digital innovation and developing impactful business strategies for our clients, helping them transform their operations in the digital world.
Experience:
- 5+ years in a management consulting, strategic planning, or a similar business strategy role, with a strong emphasis on digital transformation or digital product strategy.
- Demonstrable success in developing business cases, financial models, competitive analyses, monetization strategies, and strategic roadmaps.
- Proven ability in client-facing roles, acting as a trusted advisor and adept at conducting interviews and focus groups.
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. (MBA or relevant Master's is a plus).
Core Competencies & Skills:
- Exceptional Strategic & Analytical Skills: Proficient in quantitative (especially financial modeling for business cases) and qualitative analysis (research, synthesis of insights).
- Strong Digital & Tech Acumen: Genuine passion for digital innovation, emerging technologies, and digital product strategy, understanding how technology drives business value.
- Advanced Consulting Skills: Expertise in current/future state assessments, workshop facilitation, and developing comprehensive strategic plans and roadmaps.
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to articulate complex strategies clearly and persuasively to senior leadership.
- Collaborative & Adaptable Team Player: Proven ability to work effectively with diverse internal (e.g., solution architects) and client teams.
- Familiarity with Methodologies: Experience with design thinking, customer experience strategy, and organizational change management.
