Immediate need for a talented UX Designer: Intermediate. This is a 12+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano, TX (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- A designer in this role is responsible for supporting the design team by defining business problems and design requirements.
- Facilitating design sessions, collaborating with team members to break down complex problems into manageable tasks, and navigating the entire work stream from discovery through delivery.
- They also participate in research efforts, synthesize findings, create end-to-end member experiences, present their work effectively, and ensure compliance with risk management policies.
- A designer in this role has the potential to contribute across several design teams applied to different products within a complex large-scale program in different phases of delivery.
- This role does not require proficiency in executing Design Research, but candidates should have the ability to synthesize and apply Research findings throughout the Design process.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills:UX Design; Design System implementation; Human-Centered Design; Responsive Web and Native applications design; Figma Auto Layout.
- A well-organized portfolio is a must, showcasing strong design rationale in case studies.
- Proven experience with Design System implementation, ideally within an enterprise environment.
- Ability to apply human-centered design (HCD) principles and methods to create effective solutions that align with user needs.
- Experience designing user interfaces (UI) for responsive web and native applications (iOS, Android, etc.).
- A working understanding of best practices in website navigation, mobile patterns, information architecture, and usability.
- Skilled in facilitating cross-functional sessions, collaborating with team members, and building consensus among diverse groups.
- Stronger communication skills to navigate complex, cross-functional relationships and adapt quickly to shifts in conversations.
- Experience with enterprise banking/insurance products is a huge plus.
- Proficiency in advanced Figma features such as Auto Layout.
- Experience working with a mature Design System.
- Jira experience is a plus.
