Description
Act as first contact for any computer, application, or system-related problems.
Provide telephone-based and remote control/diagnostic support services.
Support internal users on standard PCs, laptops, and various mobile devices.
Assist with network connectivity support.
Work in a process-oriented environment with Service Level Objectives.
Focus on exceeding customer expectations by delivering quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Use technical expertise to complete routine tasks accurately and timely.
Provide courteous support to end users and guide them through resolution procedures.
Resolve Service Desk ticket problems and document, track, and monitor trouble tickets.
Follow policies to ensure data security and enforce user access guidelines.
Troubleshoot configuration and connectivity to enterprise applications.
Respond promptly to coworker requests for assistance.
Participate in assigned projects, contributing to their completion.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of recent experience in Service Desk operations.
Associate's degree in a computer science-related field and 2 years of recent experience in Service Desk operations.
High School diploma and two years of demonstrated work experience on a Service Desk.
Prefer certifications in general technology areas.
Experience using basic writing, effective communication, and technical reading skills.
Familiarity with Incident Management software and remote management tools.
Valid driver's license required.
