Direct End Client - Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analyzing and evaluating complex business systems, defining user needs, and supporting the full software development lifecycle. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user requirements to design effective solutions.
• Lead and participate in requirements gathering sessions, ensuring clear documentation and understanding of business processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to support system design, development, and implementation.
• Participate in and support all phases of testing, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide guidance, advice, and assistance to team members throughout analysis, design, and testing phases.
• Ensure deliverables meet established quality standards and align with business goals.
• Effectively plan, organize, and manage multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communicate complex information clearly and concisely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs.
• Deep understanding of business analysis practices, methodologies, and frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Proven experience participating in software development reviews and providing analytical input for system enhancements.
• Extensive experience with unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with case management system implementation or enhancement.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or other project management and Agile tools.
