Job Details
JOB DESCRIPTION
- 4+ years working in the ITSM or IT services/consulting industry preferred
- 2+ years coding Service Now features or similar platforms preferred
- ITIL Foundation level and other frameworks such as COBIT, IT4IT beneficial
- Experience with Web Services, API s, Database-level integrations/ETL
- (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Java etc.) and working a SaaS environment
- Experience in driving design and strategy around tools
