*** REQUIREMENTS ***

  • Eligible to work on W-2 without Sponsorship
  • 7+ years of experience in technical project management, with at least 3 years focused on Technical M&A or large-scale integration projects.
  • Strong background in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and cloud security principles.


Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end technical project management for M&A initiatives, with a focus on cloud security integration.
  • Collaborate with security architects, cloud engineers, and IT teams to assess, plan, and execute secure integration strategies.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical workstreams, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.
  • Drive decision-making processes, proactively identify roadblocks, and implement solutions with minimal oversight.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure post-acquisition technical environments meet enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST).
  • Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement within the project team.
