Job Description:

Key Role and Responsibilities: Supporting design and implementation of a risk management application.

Knowledge of user experience design for mobile, desktop and web applications.

Advising on projects with cross functional teams within the organization to drive efficiency and savings leveraging future state recommendations.

Requirements gathering, analysis, and system implementation. Knowledge of Agile Methodologies with mission critical project delivery.

Exceptional analytical skills with an emphasis on managing client and stakeholder relationships.

Experience: Risk management for property claim services, data mining, machine learning algorithms, visualization tools for data analytics and reporting software

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical team member to join our Envision team, which is focused on enhancing business performance through digital transformation and innovation.

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of a risk management application supporting mobile, desktop, and web platforms.

This role requires a blend of business analysis, user experience awareness, agile delivery, and data analytics within a risk and claims management context.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, UX/UI designers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative risk management solutions.

Apply user experience (UX) design principles to develop intuitive, user-friendly applications across multiple platforms.

Lead and facilitate the gathering, documentation, and analysis of business and technical requirements.

Support Agile delivery processes to ensure timely and quality project execution in a mission-critical environment.

Provide strategic input and support the implementation of future-state recommendations that drive cost savings and operational efficiencies.

Foster and maintain effective relationships with internal clients and stakeholders, ensuring continuous alignment with business goals.

Required Experience and Skills:

Solid understanding of risk management, particularly in property claim services.

Hands-on experience with data mining, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics.

Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) and reporting software.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships effectively.

Experience working in Agile environments and contributing to digital product delivery.
