Job Description:
  • The QA Automation Lead will be responsible for leading and enhancing testing frameworks for both web and mobile applications.
  • This role involves driving technical and process improvements, implementing enterprise-level quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless software delivery through automation and continuous integration practices.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead QA automation initiatives across web and mobile platforms, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
  • Enhance and maintain existing test automation frameworks for scalability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand development frameworks and align testing strategies.
  • Design and develop automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Appium, Java, and JavaScript.
  • Automate testing for Web and Mobile applications built on AngularJS, React, React Native, and micro frontend/microservices architectures.
  • Implement and maintain enterprise quality processes and improvements.
  • Conduct API testing and automation using frameworks like Rest Assured or Karate.
  • Drive software delivery excellence through Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies.
  • Provide technical leadership in QA automation tools, strategies, and process optimization.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in mobile and web testing/automation.
  • Proven experience leading QA technical initiatives and driving process improvements.
  • Hands-on experience with React Native testing and automation.
  • Strong understanding of TDD and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience in API testing and automation using open-source frameworks (e.g., Rest Assured, Karate).
  • Experience developing and maintaining Web and Mobile automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, Java, JavaScript, Appium, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
