We're seeking a detail-oriented ERP Applications Administrator to join our IT team and support the ongoing maintenance, optimization, and integration of our enterprise systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys solving complex problems across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, support, and optimize ERP and CRM systems to meet evolving business needs.
- Manage and execute data integrations between ERP and other internal/external systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data flow and system performance.
- Develop documentation, procedures, and training materials for ERP-related processes.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support and training as needed.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience administering ERP systems (e.g., Axis, SAGE, NetSuite, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with data integration tools, APIs, and SQL scripting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors.
