Job Details
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with substantive exposure to the ServiceNow platform, CMDB management, and data hydration techniques.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow, including its reporting and performance analytics modules, as well as deep familiarity with CMDB structures and processes.
- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Capability to interpret complex datasets and present findings in a logical and concise format.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical acumen.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration with cross-Data teams.
