Job Summary (List Format):
- Performs routine engineering assignments to gain experience with staff, methods, techniques, and company policies.
- Documents development work, including writing technical specifications.
- Solves routine design and engineering problems with some assistance and periodic monitoring.
- Assists in preparing and participating in technical reviews; organizes data and prepares necessary documentation.
- Communicates technical or project management issues verbally and in writing; works collaboratively within a team.
- Acts independently with minimal supervision; suggests improvements based on current technical knowledge.
- Contributes to planning and executing parts of the development process related to product revision, enhancement, or defined project segments.
- Applies appropriate engineering techniques and methods to complete assignments within set deadlines after receiving general instructions.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of basic technical theories and principles for routine tasks.
- Assesses the feasibility of simple research and design concepts within their area of expertise.
- Standard shift is 9:00 am 5:00 pm; on-site (not remote/virtual).
