Job Details
We're seeking an entry-level to developing Facilities Technician II to support building systems, perform preventative maintenance, and assist with general repairs. You'll work under moderate supervision, learning from senior technicians while independently managing routine tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting (plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Follow SOPs for preventive maintenance and equipment upkeep
- Manage work orders in CMMS and support vendor coordination
- Assist in documentation and compliance activities
Requirements:
- 0 4 years experience in facilities/maintenance
- Basic mechanical/electrical troubleshooting
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Trade license and associate s degree preferred
