Job Description:
Experience as a Senior Architect consultant
Candidates should have strong knowledge of ServiceNow implementation and transformations.
Candidate should have Knowledge on ServiceNow platform security, authorization, and continuous monitoring
Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations.
Experience in ServiceNow custom application design and development
Expertise ServiceNow deployments, integration with other third-party tools, Orchestration, operational activities, Project Management expertise and merging multiple instances.
Experienced in leading end to end Implementation and transformation programs in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, WSD, S2P and CMDB.
Strong work experience and associated with projects like Support, Maintenance, Migration, Upgrades, Integrations, and Implementations.
Candidate should have strong knowledge of HRSD, WSD, S2P design and implementation and transformation for large customers.
Mentor and share technical knowledge guidance to team.
Design technical solutions and best practices guidance based on customer requirements and convert them to functional requirements.
Responsible for reviewing requirements to ensure that they are provided in sufficient detail to be accurately estimated.
Very good ITIL process knowledge and ability to evaluate and bring out the correlations and impacts with respect to customer requirements and ITIL industry standards.
Must be certified with ServiceNow Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in ITSM, HRSD, WSD and S2P and ITIL V3 foundation.
Experience in IT Asset Management Lifecycle and ServiceNow HAM SAM Pro features and functions.
Good Communication and presentation skills, Client handling. Java Scripting knowledge and hands on experience on it.
Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Greenfield, Replat form, Consolidation and Migration Experience Provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from the definition phase through implementation.
Review work of development team and provide best practice Create and execute development plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Communicate and enforce coding standards Develop and utilize deep platform knowledge and expertise in Workflow Configuration Deep understanding of Application UI Configuration and Custom apps. Coaching and mentoring others and responsible for their career development, education, and certification commensurate with the requirements of the practice strategy
