Opportunity: Direct-Hire, Hybrid Schedule
Location: Beachwood, OH - Hybrid 3 days/wk onsite (Tu-Th) - Hours 8a-5p.
Pay Range: Up to $150k, based on experience. (10% Bonus eligible)
Job Description:
Join a high-impact team leading the transformation to Oracle Fusion Cloud in a process manufacturing environment. We're looking for a skilled Oracle Cloud Lead with deep experience in Manufacturing and Inventory Management, plus a strong understanding of Oracle EBS on-prem. You'll collaborate with 4-5 onsite team members and coordinate with ~20 part-time offshore resources to drive cloud adoption, performance, and quality.

What You'll Do:
- Lead Fusion Cloud implementations (Manufacturing + Inventory modules)
- Translate business needs into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions
- Act as a bridge between EBS and Cloud platforms
- Engage cross-functional teams and vendors
- Bonus if you bring experience with Oracle Quality Cloud
What You Bring:
- 7+ years Oracle ERP experience; at least 3 with Fusion Cloud
- Process manufacturing experience a must
- Analyst mindset with strong communication skills
