Job Details

  • This position is primarily responsible for conducting prompt, thorough, objective, and confidential investigations of internal and external complaints of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and/or policy violations. The role ensures that all investigations are conducted in accordance with the company’s established policies and procedures, including those conducted globally.
  • It manages prompt, thorough, and objective workplace investigations of complaints involving allegations of harassment, discrimination, and other policy violations, as assigned by the Senior Manager of Harassment & Discrimination Investigations. The position prepares timely and detailed written investigative reports for review by an investigations manager prior to distribution to the Senior Manager of Harassment & Discrimination Investigations, Legal Counsel, Human Resources, Labor Relations, and other senior leaders.
  • The investigator identifies, collects, analyzes, and preserves documentary and physical evidence related to the matters being investigated, and provides findings to the Senior Manager of Harassment & Discrimination Investigations, Legal Counsel, Human Resources, Labor Relations, and other senior leaders based on investigative fact-finding and analysis.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Criminology, Human Resources, or a related field is required, or equivalent work experience in a corporate setting investigating policy violations. Candidates should have 5–8 years of corporate investigative experience, including harassment and discrimination investigations, with extensive experience conducting effective workplace investigations involving in-person or virtual interviews of employees and vendors across all functional areas.

The role requires a working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, strong analytical and evidence-gathering skills, and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities. It also demands the ability to build and maintain credibility across all levels of the organization, uphold confidentiality of sensitive information, and manage multiple cases efficiently with strong time management and organizational skills. Flexibility and the ability to travel up to 10–15% of the time are also required
