Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our IT systems team to design, build, and maintain robust workflows and automation solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong development skills, platform configuration expertise, and a solid understanding of ITSM and related modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and support ServiceNow modules including Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, and Asset Management.
Customize ServiceNow applications using Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, and UI Policies.
Implement integrations with third-party tools using REST and SOAP APIs.
Optimize platform performance and usability through scalable architecture and scripting best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
Maintain technical documentation and contribute to platform governance standards.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint-based development cycles.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Proficient in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and core ServiceNow scripting tools.
Experience with ITSM modules and CMDB; strong understanding of platform configuration.
Knowledge of integration patterns and hands-on experience building REST/SOAP-based integrations.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Developer certification preferred.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Performance Analytics, IntegrationHub, or Service Portal development.
Understanding of asset lifecycle management and ticketing workflows.
Exposure to enterprise architecture, platform security, or automation tooling.
