Description

We are looking for a skilled Report Developer to join our team in Sugar Land, Texas. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in designing and implementing customized reporting solutions to support critical business operations. This is an excellent opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
Develop and customize reports to meet business requirements, ensuring accuracy and usability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Maintain and update existing reports to align with system enhancements and organizational changes.
Utilize tools like SSRS and Microsoft Power BI to create visually appealing and functional reports.
Optimize report performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of reporting solutions.
Provide technical support and training to end-users for report utilization.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and standards.
Stay updated on emerging reporting technologies and best practices.

Requirements

Proficiency in developing reports using SSRS and Microsoft Power BI.
Strong knowledge of React.js, Redux, and JavaScript.
Experience with data analysis and report customization.
Ability to gather and document reporting requirements from stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing report performance.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
Exposure to Oracle databases is a plus, though not required.
Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is advantageous.
