Job Details
Our client is looking for candidates that have an Active Clearance (Required) to handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk tickets for a large enterprise environment. This will be a mixture of phone support and hands on desk side support. This will include remotely troubleshooting from your desk as well as doing physical hardware installations. This is a two year contract in Oklahoma City.
Required Skills:
Experience working as a Desktop Technician dealing with hardware and software. Handle support and be a part of different projects and installs. This person will also get hands on experieince with Windows 10, Windows Servers, Linux Servers, and VMware.
Primary responsibilities would entail
o General system administration duties (accounts, H/W & S/W installations, networking, storage, backups)
o Experimentation & Event support including customer interaction, site preparation including A/V configuration, VTC and IP Video equipment setup
o Engineering application installation and support
o Previous Audio/Visual experience a plus
o Knowledge of VMware a plus
Applicant must possess a minimum of final Secret Clearance before starting.
