Experience with model risk management (development/validation) and SaaS migrations (on-prem to cloud).
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel, CCAR, Dodd-Frank).
End-to-end ownership of budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
Proficiency in change management and performance evaluation.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to present to Steering Committees and senior leaders.
Digital marketing (likely for stakeholder reporting tools).
Vendor management (SaaS implementations).
Job Description
o Lead large-scale initiatives for financial risk modernization, regulatory compliance, and data migration (on-prem to SaaS).
o Define project scope, budget, and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
o Oversee cross-functional teams (IT, Risk, Vendors) to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
o Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate blockers proactively.
o Report progress to Steering Committees and executives.
o Collaborate with sponsors, auditors, and regulators to ensure compliance.
o Streamline workflows for risk mitigation and decision-making.
o Drive adoption of best practices in change management.
Migration of Model Risk Management systems (validation, SaaS hosting).
Data modernization for risk and regulatory reporting.
