Project Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple projects within our organization. This role offers the opportunity to lead initiatives that drive significant organizational impact while working in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of various projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop cost-benefit analyses and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project status reports and dashboards for executive committees.
• Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects and manage project governance policies.
• Engage with technical teams to communicate project components and facilitate successful implementation.
• Build and maintain relationships across organizational lines to foster collaboration.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong organizational and self-motivation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to interface effectively with various levels of management.
• Experience in managing external vendors and resources.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated success in building team relationships and partnerships.
• Experience in project management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with financial management and budget oversight.
