A real estate company based in Camden, NJ is looking to hire a full-time IT Support Specialist to join their growing technology team. In this role, you'll be the go-to resource for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, handling day-to-day IT requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple office locations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3+ years of experience in Windows desktop support and ticketing environments who is looking to grow into Systems Administration or Network Engineering. Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of IT Support or Help Desk experience
- Strong Windows desktop and user support skills (Windows 10/11)
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk)
- Hardware troubleshooting (PCs, printers, peripherals)
- Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, IP addressing)
- Familiarity with Active Directory (user setup, password resets, etc.)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Desire to grow into Systems or Network Engineering roles
